Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, and clearance items are non-returnable.

Return Process

2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your items.
3. Pack the items securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

LYTHORVANEX is happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. To exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and specify the details of the exchange in your email to our customer service team.
